Deck / Pergola Checklist submittal requirements Items required for Electronic Submittal β incomplete submittals will not be accepted β Completed application including project description, electrical valuation, total project valuation, square footage β Site Plan showing the deck footprint, dimensions of the deck, height off the ground, property line setbacks (front, side, and rear as applicable) β A copy of AOA (homeowners association) approval if applicable β A Framing plan that includes the following: β Caisson layout, size, and depth (36 inch minimum) β Post layout, size, and spacing β Beam layout, size, and spacing β Joist size and spacing β Identify any cantilevers (at both the house and the deck).
