Deck / Pergola Checklist submittal requirements Items required for Electronic Submittal – incomplete submittals will not be accepted ☐ Completed application including project description, electrical valuation, total project valuation, square footage ☐ Site Plan showing the deck footprint, dimensions of the deck, height off the ground, property line setbacks (front, side, and rear as applicable) ☐ A copy of AOA (homeowners association) approval if applicable ☐ A Framing plan that includes the following: ☐ Caisson layout, size, and depth (36 inch minimum) ☐ Post layout, size, and spacing ☐ Beam layout, size, and spacing ☐ Joist size and spacing ☐ Identify any cantilevers (at both the house and the deck).
