CITY OF JEROME PLANNING & ZONING Ervina Covcic, City Planner 152 East Ave A [PHONE REDACTED] x 140 [EMAIL REDACTED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, the 25th day of October 2022, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the City of Jerome Planning and Zoning Commission at City of Jerome Council Chambers, 100 East Avenue A, Jerome, Idaho to consider a request from Paragon Investments of Idaho LLC for a rezone from Mixed Use (MU) to High Density Business (C-3) on the parcel described as follows: Parcel A: A parcel of land situate in the South Β½ of the Southeast ΒΌ of Section 31, Township 8 South, Range 17 East, Boise Meridian, Jerome County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Section 31 as shown on Corner Record Instrument No. 2084951, from which the South ΒΌ Corner of Section 31 bears North 89Β°31β03β West, 2,629.28 feet, Thence North 89Β°31β03β West, 1,365.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing North 89Β°31β03β West, 719.90 feet; Thence North 00Β°28β57β East, 25.00 feet to the northerly right-of-way of E.
