SS sinks with new faucets. β Provide a new refrigerator and dishwasher. β Provide new stove with range hood that has fire suppression β Replace all light fixtures with new LED fixtures. Room #1 β Demo closet areas. β Remove the existing hardwood flooring, decking, and floor joists. β Remove and replace all chair railings. β Remove and replace all base molding. β Remove and replace all gypsum on the wall adjoining the kitchen (install SAB insulation). β Repair water damage on the interior side of the exterior wall sufficient to receive paint. β Install a new wood floor joist/decking system identical to the existing one. Replace all concrete pier footings and brick supports to match the existing support spans. β Install additional layer of plywood to raise the floor thickness in preparation for the new LVT flooring. β Install new 20 mi.
